Your First Step Toward Becoming a Better Person

I want to be at my best, i want to be a better person.

Everyone want to become a better person right at some point of their lives right? I usually live my daily life following my regular schedule. In short, i just keep repeating the same routine over and over again. I am sure I am not the only one, as many people are doing the exact same thing. Sometimes i get this weird feeling that makes me realize the truth and encourage me to be a better person.

If you do get the same feeling as me then you're already on your way toward becoming a better person, cause just by realizing that you're not at your best yet, and that you need to make some extra efforts in order to become that " Best You " makes you aware of your reality.

This is what i consider the most important phase in the journey of becoming a better person. When you don't realize that you can get better if you gave the chance to yourself to, then I am sure you would never be at your best.

Make a decision


I'll move on to the next phase. Now after realizing that you're not at your best yet, and that you can be a better person if you tried to, it's time for you to decide. Keep calm, relax, bring some seriousness into your life and ask yourself.

Do you want to be a better person?

Are you ready to work hard for it?

Now once again, relax and be honest with yourself, then answer the previous questions. What's your answer? only you can decide that if you want to be at your best or not.

Why you'll have to change?


Now after you have realized that it's still possible to be at your best, and decided whether to be a better person or not. It's time to accept the change. I am not going to talk about those who choose not to be at their best, as i don't understand how could a human being decline what's good for him.

For those who want to improve and live a better life, you have to accept some slight changes in your lifestyle, such as changes in your habits and behaviors. Those are the habits that makes you able to be at your best.


The important thing now is that you are aware, which means you have already crossed the first half of the path toward becoming a better person. It's up to you now whether to continue or not. As an advice from me, go ahead and continue your progress. Nobody can stop you if you decide to be at your best.
