Realistic Methods to Increase Your Power of Will [ compact ]


#1 Have some peace of mind


Set some special time for yourself, you only. Start meditating for 5 minutes everyday and forget about life problems during this 5 minutes. Meditation will increase grey matter amount in your prefrontal cortex, which would make you able to make better decisions and split more effectively between what's right and what's wrong.

#2 Sleep well


Sleep is very important cause when you sleep well you give your body and mind a long rest, this would make your mind and body function better during the next day and make you able to make better decisions and eventually increase your willpower.


#3 Dream big


When you have bigger dreams and goals your life becomes more enjoyable and important cause you have a purpose to do in your life. Be passionate and try to get one step closer toward achieving your goals, when you're passionate about something you'll have more power of will to do that thing, cause you simply love doing it!




#4 Don't be afraid to fail


Expect to fail achieving one of your goals, this is life as it is, sometimes you win and sometimes you fall. Never give up and always look behind to figure out the reasons that caused your failure, correct those mistakes and start over again. If you didn't achieve your goal in the first time you'll achieve it in the second time.

#5 Enter to the amazing cycle


Choose wisely people you spend your time with cause people have the ability to influence other people around them. If you surround yourself with positive people who will support you and encourage you to make your dreams come true and get you up whenever you fall, you'll never feel lonely and depressed and you would always have a strong power of will to continue progressing.
