It's hard to wake up early in the morning and get off the bed, that's a fact.

It's also hard to go to exercise and do some sports while you have the option to stay at home and watch TV or login to your social network profiles. Even though you know exercising is extremely important for living a good life, you would still prefer watching TV or doing any other lazy stuff that you enjoy.

What's causing all of this? it's the lake of willpower, cause if you have enough willpower you would definitely exercise instead of watching TV, and you would also wake up and get off your bed instead of hitting the snooze button and getting back to sleep.

I agree with Leo on that, but i think that playing video games, using social networks for long and repeating your routine every single day also puts you in a zombie mode cause it's like you put yourself in an auto pilot and program it to repeat the same things over and over again, every single day.
